We understand the difficulty of finding work as an adjuster; in particular, filling out numerous roster applications and rarely getting a response. Many of you have a lot of downtime, letting your skills go to waste. You are a professional and should be viewed as such. Within your Field Adjuster account, you will upload all of your professional credentials (resume, licenses, certifications, designations, training certificates, headshot, etc.) to a dedicated Credential Folder. These documents are then viewable by companies all across the country who use this information to better screen for the adjusters they need at any given time, whether temporary or full time.
How does this get you work? It doesn’t get the work, necessarily. What it does do is save employers considerable time in the screening process by having your credentials up-to-date and available at all times. Don’t think that you are the only adjuster out there. Regardless of experience, screened, findable and available adjusters get deployed first.

We hate to use the word “fee” because that’s not what it is. We consider it a pledge of $15.95/month. This will not only help support our efforts, but also keeps you honest with us as a serious adjuster. We provide a service to our adjusters and clients much like you do. As such, we expect a certain level of professionalism from our members. Your continued pledge lets us, and the clients we serve, know that you are active and ready to be deployed. In return, we pledge to you that we will help you better present yourself as a legitimate, professional and serious adjuster.
